Michael A. Zara Esq. was born in New Jersey. He attained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Mr. Zara next studied at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree.

While attending law school Mr. Zara clerked for a judge and numerous prestigious law firms in the Denver area.

After law school, Mr. Zara obtained a position in his two favorite areas of practice, real estate and business as General Counsel for a national title insurance company.

Mr. Zara would leave to build his own firm.  Mr. Zara and his firm worked directly with the City and County of Denver for receivership work to aid the City of its derelict housing issue.

Furthermore, Mr. Zara and his firm are nationally known for its work with Tax Deed issues.  Mr. Zara has been in the real estate business law and title insurance space for over 20 years.

Mr. Zara is a forward-thinking attorney who assists clients with complex real estate deals that most other attorneys cannot get to the table.

Mr. Zara is currently licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and North Carolina.
